hard-earned dollars in exchange for a case of delicious, handmade, pasties:
  1. We purchase the most premium Organic and Oregon grown ingredients that help support our local economy, including the farmers and ranchers that grow that delicious food.
  2. The average cost of these premium, organic and local ingredients increased by over 50% in 2011.
  3. We need to go on vacation (ha ha - just seeing if you're paying attention).
  4. Cousin Jack's pasties are all handmade, by skilled and dedicated people that are passionate about local food.
  5. We want to stay in business and continue to bring you fresh and delicious pasties!
