Aunt Apple's Sweet Pasty is sugar and spice and everything nice!  Filled with organic apples, blueberries, cranberries and hazelnuts and topped off with a locally crafted mascarpone cheese, Aunt Apple's pasty will bring a smile to your tastebuds.

How do you get your kids (or spouse or parents or - you get the idea) to eat that uber-nutritious lovely green vegetable, broccoli? Put it in a pasty! We surround our organic broccoli bites in a warm, flaky pasty shell mixed with Vintage Cheddar and our delicious base of potatoes, turnips and onions. Eat your heart out hot pockets! A hit with the kids and adults and a great way to eat your veggies!

 

This little green and yellow jem is a friendly introduction to the spicy world of Indian Samosas.  Our Curried Pea Pasty will have you singing a Bollywood tune in no time!  We mix together organic green peas from Stahlbush Farms with our curry spice blend to create a balance of spicy, sweet and savory flavors.  Music to my ears!

Our Potato Leek pasty is filled with organic leeks and onions that balance each other perfectly and are cooked to a creamy deliciousness inside the flaky pasty crust. Light but filling, this little number is singing your name!  

 

If you love mushrooms, our delicious wild mushroom pasty is for you.  All the wild-crafted earthiness you love is there, but thanks to the balancing flavors of the potatoes, carrots and dill, it does not overpower. In fact, you may make a mushroom lover out of a non-believer with this one! We get our mushrooms from local wildcrafters and enthusiasts, Mycological.  Taste for yourself how gratifying Oregon ingredients are when transformed into a scrumptious pasty!  

 

What a delicious combo and an instant Cousin Jack's favorite!  We owe this scrumptious little number to our wine maker friend, Dai Crisp, who came back from a trip to New York excited about a " lamb burger with pesto and feta cheese that would make the perfect pasty!".  Boy do we agree.  And paired with a Lumos Pinot Noir...Fuhgeddaboudit!

 

For those wanting their red meat fix, look no further. Our Steak and Ale pasty is filled with delicious grass-grazed local Knee Deep Cattle beef. To take the deliciousness to the next level, the steak is marinated in Ninkasi Oatis Stout. Our neighbors, and favorite brewers, Ninkasi makes amazing beer! They serve our steak and ale pasty (and other flavors) in their tasting room. There is just something special about a pasty and a pint!

 

Ah yes, the Traditional pasty. You won't be asking "where's the beef?" with this hearty treat. This pasty is so filling and delicious, it's an instant comfort food favorite. Do you crave beef and only buy local, hormone and antibiotic free meats?  You're in good company with Cousin Jack's!  Our beef comes from the fantastic folks at Knee Deep Cattle Company in Coburg. Their cows are grass grazed and Certified Humane raised and handled which means they are never stuck in feedlots and are not given hormones or antibiotics. We wrap the beefy goodness in our delicious pasty crust with just enough Vintage Cheddar and organic potatoes, turnips and onions to take it to the next level.  Thank goodness for local meat!  And thank goodness for good pasties!
